About
My Journey
Emotions have always run deep for me, often feeling overwhelming and unpredictable. I tried to outrun them for a long time, staying busy to keep them at bay. But no matter how fast I moved, they remained beneath the surface, waiting to be acknowledged. It was not until I stepped into counseling that I learned emotions are not something to fear or suppress. They are messengers guiding us toward healing and self-discovery. That experience planted a quiet seed, pointing me toward a path I did not yet see, a calling to help others navigate what I had once struggled to understand. Over time, that seed grew too strong to ignore. Now, as a counselor, I strive to offer what I once needed, a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their inner world. From the moment you begin your journey, know you'll never walk alone.
Experience
I have worked with diverse populations across private practice and residential treatment settings. My experience includes providing counseling in individual and group formats and supporting clients at different stages of growth, healing, and life transitions. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds, bringing their own experiences and challenges, and have adapted my approach to meet their unique needs. These opportunities have allowed me to engage with clients in multiple clinical settings, helping them navigate their journeys toward meaningful change.
